All products are inspected and tested before shipment to ensure that they are in proper condition and/or working order. Because of the personal nature of Seduction merchandise we cannot allow returns. This is YOUR personal guarantee that the products you receive are perfectly new and untouched by anyone but our product inspectors. If a product is damaged in shipment, is missing parts, or you have legitimate reason for dissatisfaction, please contact Seduction via fax or e-mail with a detailed, written explanation of your issue within 72 hours from receipt of shipment. To ensure that your return is promptly and properly processed, Seduction will contact you with a "Returns Authorization Number" which must be included with all original packaging and contents intact when you return the product. Please note that if the Authorization Number is NOT clearly labeled on the box, we cannot guarantee that your return is properly processed. Seduction will issue you a credit note for future purchases, or an exchange for the product.
Seduction accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. By law, though funds will be held upon placement of your order, funds will not be billed until your order has been packaged and shipped.
